3. Is there any restriction on when I can withdraw my funds?
No. You can request a withdrawal at any time by opening the app, selecting the Withdraw option on the wallet screen, choosing how much gold you want to sell, and confirming. The withdrawal is completed instantly.
4. Can I buy any amount of digital gold?
Yes. You can start with as little as ₹10 or buy in grams—whatever suits you. 10₹ is the minimum amount that you can buy.
5. When can I buy or sell?
You can buy or sell digital gold 24x7, including weekends and holidays. Only during rare system maintenance windows will transactions be paused.
6. Is KYC required?
Yes, you must complete KYC to buy/sell digital gold.
7. What documents are required for KYC?
PAN is mandatory for KYC verification.
8. How do I sell my digital gold?
You can sell at any time from the app. The equivalent amount will be credited to your wallet instantly or within a short processing time.
9. Can I withdraw the money in my wallet to any bank account?
You can only withdraw the money in your wallet into a bank account with your name via UPI.
